Below you will find full details on our Policies regarding Payments, Cancellations, etc. We encourage all of our clients to review our policies carefully, so everyone has the same clear expectations. How To BookIf you are looking to book a rental, head over to the RENTALS page to view all rental options and proceed to submit a rental request inquiry by completing the form with all requested information. Once your request is submitted, we will reach out via email or phone to provide a quote, gather any additional information required & answer any addition questions. If you are looking to book Sikoyia to style your event, head over to the BOOKING page to submit a booking inquiry by completing the form with all requested information. Once your request is submitted, she will reach out via email or phone to gather any additional information required, answer any addition questions and provide a quote.

PaymentsPayments will be broken up into 3 PAYMENTS. 1st Payment/NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT): Due within 1 WEEK of signing contract to secure date. You have the option to pay in full or make 2 PAYMENTS Final Payment: Final payment must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to your event date . If final payment is not paid on time client must pay an additional $150 expediting fee IN ADDITION TO the final payment Please keep in mind that due to Covid-19 shipping can be prolonged so the sooner the better. Any changes on the event or add-ons will result in an increase in cost. Late Payments: All clients are responsible for making sure ALL PAYMENTS are paid in a timely manner/or dates provided by THE SIK EXPERIENCE.

Event Policies1. THE SIK EXPERIENCE is ONLY responsible for setup of the GUEST COUNT PROVIDED by client. ALL ITEMS for any extra guest(s) not agreed to on invoice must be provided by client. 2. THE SIK EXPERIENCE is ONLY responsible for setup of vendors provided by company. Client is FULLY responsible for any third party’s setup not provided by THE SIK EXPERIENCE. 3. THE SIK EXPERIENCE is not required to stay at any event during the duration of the events time UNLESS the client request which an additional fee will be added. 4. If for any reason the event location changes on the day of, the client will be charged a second delivery fee for transport to new location.

CancellationsALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT If a client may choose to cancel an event after deposit/full payment has been received NO REFUND will be permissible, however client may be allowed ONE (1) re-schedule date due to unforeseen circumstances. A rain date may be arranged due to weather related cancellations, and will be subject to date availability provided by THE SIK EXPERIENCE. In the event that a Venue may have to cancel your event, THE SIK EXPERIENCE will attempt to find another event space in a timely manner. If the client chooses to not move their event to the new event space after a new event space has been found, NO REFUND will be permissible. Only ONE (1) reschedule change date based on the availability of THE SIK EXPERIENCE THE ONLY WAY A CLIENT CAN RECEIVE A REFUND, THE CLIENT MUST CANCEL 30 DAYS PRIOR. (NOTE: DEPOSIT & RETAINER ARE 100% NON REFUNDABLE. IN THIS CASE, ONLY A REFUND OF WHAT HASN’T BEEN PAID TO MY VENDORS/ PURCHASED WILL BE GIVEN 30 DAYS PRIOR

RefundsTHE ONLY WAY A CLIENT CAN RECEIVE A REFUND, CLIENT MUST CANCEL 30 DAYS PRIOR. NOTE: Deposit & Retainer are 100% NONREFUNDABLE (In this case only a refund of what hasn’t been paid to my vendors/purchased will be given 30 days prior.) In the event that a Venue may have to cancel your event, THE SIK EXPERIENCE will attempt to find another event space in a timely manner. If the client chooses to not move their event to the new event space after a new event space has been found, NO REFUND will be permissible.

Outdoor Events/ Inclement WeatherTHE SIK EXPERIENCE is 100% not responsible for any weather conditions outdoor that may cause the following: Wind blowing of items Wind or rain damaging items Drapery being knocked down THE SIK EXPERIENCE will do all we can to secure your items before leaving your event! Once we exit the client is 100% responsible for all belongs during the duration of event his/her event time Client will only be allowed ONE rain transfer date (must be date that SIK EVENTS has available)

100% Refundable Cleaning/Damage DepositAll clients are required to give an additional $200 cleaning deposit. Cleaning deposit is 100% refundable next day via Cash, Zelle or Cash app as long as the following is done: All clients are responsible for balloon popping & disposal of balloons All clients are responsible for making sure all charger plates are returned clean (chargers are not to be eaten on) All clients are 100% responsible for returning all items in the same condition given All clients are responsible for cleaning up all trash off tables If client does not comply with terms above client forfeits 100% of the cleaning/damage deposit refund.

Damages * IMPORTANT PLEASE READ! *Damages to property of any kind will result in 100% payout from client of cost of item that was damaged. The client is fully responsible for cleaning off all cake trays, charger plates, etc, in the event food of any kind is left on it. The client is also responsible for disposing of all trash left on tables for an easy cleanup.
