• Accent décor not included, however quotes can be provided.

BOOKING PROCESS

• Rentals are booked by the day. Please select the date & start time of your event when requesting to book.

• Once your booking request is received we will contact you via phone or email to gather more information about your event and/or to give you a quote.

• Booking requests are answered between Mon - Wed

• Requesting to book does not guarantee availability.

 

DELIVERIES

• Sik Events will deliver all rentals between a 2-hour window provided by the client on the day of the event. Sik Events will pick up rentals at the end time of the event provided by the client.

• If for any reason the end time runs over, the client will have to pay an additional $100 fee.

• Delivery fees and travel expenses will be provided once quoted.

 

PICKUPS

• Clients are more than welcome to pick up all rentals. At the time of pickup, clients will pay a 100% refundable $150 rental damage deposit in case of any damages to rentals.

• Rentals must be picked up on Fridays between 2 PM-5 PM and must be returned on Mondays between 10 AM-3 PM.

• All linens/charger plates MUST BE CLEANED before returning (No Exceptions)

• Once rentals are returned and inspected, clients will receive a Cash/Zelle/Cash App refund of their $150 damage deposit

CANCELLATION POLICY

Must cancel 2 weeks prior. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Only a ONE TIME transferrable deposit to different/same item (IF the date is available).
